TYPOGRAPHICAL
ERRORS
In the event of an incorrect price listed on Redstone Motors, or Redstoneonline
due to typographical error, Redstone Motors shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.Redstone
Motors shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not
the order has been confirmed.
DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION'S LAW
All parts, accessories and modifications, except those that are exempt, have
been designed and are intended for off-road use only. • Many of the components
sold on this website are legal in California for racing vehicles only, which
may never be used in City streets or Public highways. It is the customers responsibility
to verify whether any part or modification supplied by Redstone Motors, Redstoneonline,
is a legal part or modification for for city streets and public highways. •
Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering
inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or
safety in a vehicle used on public highways. • Violation of such laws
may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part
may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. • User/Buyer
assumes all costs and risks associated with any aftermarket parts. • It
is the User/Buyer's responsibility to know their local City and State Laws.

All customer service requests will be responded to within 48 hours during the
regular business week.
PLACING
AN ORDER
All orders placed with Redstone Motors or Redstoneonline.com either by phone,
fax, mail or online constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions
listed on Redstone Motors. • We accept cash, cashier check,Visa, MasterCard,
Diners Club, AMerican Express, and Paypal only. For all Credit Card orders -
WE ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD. • If your Billing
address is to a PO BOX, APO and FPO, these orders have to be PREPAID via Money
Order or Cashier's Check only.• For International Orders - these orders
have to be PREPAID via International Money Order or International Cashier's
Check only.• Personal Checks will be considered for established customers,
who pick up their merchandise, or avail of a workshop service, provided an official
ID is provided. Maximum accepted value of a personal check is $100• Cashiers
check and Money orders can also be accepted as a form of payment. • We
do not accept COD shipments. COD shipments are only made to wholesale customers
with a long standing relationship with Redstone Motors. Before COD shipments
can be placed, a COD approval must be given by our accounting dept. •
All certified forms of payment must be made payable to: Redstone Motors •
All prices, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change without
notice.• It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify
the application of all parts before installation.• Redstone Motors highly
recommends that you always keep your stock parts for as long as you have your
vehicle.
CANCELLING
AN ORDER
Provided the order has not shipped, cancelling an order with Redstone Motors
is plain and simple. Call Redstone Motors Sales Department and you will be provided
with an Order Cancellation Number. Redstone Motors ALWAYS PROVIDES THIS NUMBER,
THEREFORE, KEEP THIS NUMBER HANDY FOR ANY DISPUTES. Without this number, your
Order will be considered valid with Redstone Motors and the Term and Conditions
under "Returns & Exchanges" will apply.
WARRANTY
All used merchandise sold by Redstone Motors does not come with any warranty
or guarantee. There is an inherent risk purchasing used parts, and Redstone
Motors cannot guarantee the quality of any of our used parts. We make every
effort to inspect and sell quality products. New parts and accessories are subject
to manufacturer's warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission
to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair, or replacement of
merchandise. • If an item arrives damaged, Redstone Motors will assist
the customer in filing a claim with the shipping company. • Customer will
also be responsible for all shipping costs: the return to Redstone Motors, the
shipping to the manufacturer and the shipping back to the customer.• No
warranty on light bulbs and electrical components and are sold AS IS and may
not be returned.• No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was
caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling. • No labor or
inconvenience claim may be included in the warranty claims.• Redstone
Motors highly recommends that you always keep your stock parts for as long as
you have your vehicle. Therefore, Redstone Motors is not responsible if your
car is inoperable due to sending us the part for warranty claim. • All
return products must have a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION # (RMA#) issued by
Redstone Motors. Returns will be refused without an RMA number.
RETURNS
OR EXCHANGES
All sales are final. No return for exchange is allowed for any product unless
the item was received damaged, or an incorrect product. Customers should call
our customer service line at 650-967-2808 or email customerservice@redstonemotors.com
to request a retun. •
VALIDITY
OF RMA #
All return products must have a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION # (RMA#) issued
by Redstone Motors. Returns will be refused without an RMA number. • The
RMA is valid for only 30 Calendar Days from the date issued. Redstone Motors
needs to receive the product back within the 30 Calendar days; otherwise, you
are subject to be billed for the item.
SHIPPING
Shipping is usually done within 48hrs of the order being received. in cases
where an item is out of stock, on back order or on special order, Redstone Motors
will notify the customer via email with an approximate ETA.• All shipments
within the 48 Contiguous State are usually shipped via UPS Ground service or
Airborne Express Ground, unless air delivery is requested. Your air options
are Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3-Day Select. For International Orders, we
typically use UPS Expedited Service. For Canadian Orders, we typically use UPS
Standard Ground Service.• Parts that are too large or too heavy for UPS
are delivered by Truck. Most truck freight items have Flat Delivery Rates, a
Terminal Fee, Inside Delivery Charge Liftgate surcharge and/or Residential surcharge.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS• Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for package.
Note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is
in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages. •
If you should receive parts damaged by the Shipping Carrier, you must call Redstone
Motors at 310-345-1361 within 24 hours or claim can not be filed.• KEEP
all original packaging, including packing materials and original shipping carton.•
DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval.• Redstone Motors will
call UPS to report the claim. UPS will issue a Damaged Call Tag and have the
package returned to Redstone Motors.
SHORTAGES
Please open your order immediately upon receipt. Check your invoice for backordered
items. Backorder parts will come in a separate box. Inspect packing list with
the products shipped. • If shortages are found, please inspect box for
split, crack or tears. Notify Redstone Motors immediately.
